People always tell me, “You should be writing this stuff down!” Well, I don’t very often but I wanted to share these with you. She’s such a funny kid.
I took the girls to a wedding (one of our former youth–I’m so old!!) Saturday. The groom and groomsmen walked out in front and Gracie says to me, “Is that so the bride can choose which guy she wants?” Haha! If it were only that easy, right?
Last night Gracie and Trinity were cracking eachother up. Gracie turns to her and says, “Oh Trinity, you’re so cute. Seriously, don’t grow up, just be little forever!”
Trinity is talking more and more, her cutest new word is PopPop. That’s PopTart.
She chatters all day but no one but Gracie can really understand her. I’m in no hurry to have her speaking fluent human anyhow. I already have enough chattering going on when Gracie’s home. It’s awful but that’s why I love the DVD player in the van. Silence? Fabulous!
I have lots of wedding stuff to do this month. One of my dearest friends, Meagan, is getting married on my birthday next month! So not only am I the matron of honor, the girls are flower girls! It will be fun. But I have a shower/party/planning meeting/etc every weekend until the wedding. And the day after the wedding I have to get cracking on Gracie’s birthday party. Then right after that I need to start planning Trinity’s party. Maybe for her party we’ll just have PopPops.
Oh! I almost forgot! Gracie got her report card, ALL +’s, haha, that’s all A’s in preK terms! Big girl! And no days absent–so healthy too! She loves school.
And here’s a pic of me and the girls before church yesterday…
