Alright well that was a crazy couple of days. The electricity went out and I’m soooo thankful we have our parents here in the city to help us out. For those of you outside Oklahoma (or who don’t watch national news) the whole state was hit with a huge ice storm that knocked out power lines and many people are still without power! This is day four. I think at one time there was over 200,000 people without electricity. Ours came back today and we’re home, safe and warm.
I would go into the whole story, but I’m just too tired. Basically it got down to 41 degrees and we left, we even took JoJo. Dick and Janie have two extra bedrooms so we were well taken care of. All our food in the fridge, freezer and deep freeze had to be thrown out. Sigh. We still have to clean up that mess when Chris gets home. That’s not something I’m looking forward to. But I’m thankful and happy to be home. I think I’ll go to bed, I’m exhausted. Night night!
PS TRINITY PEED IN THE POTTY TONIGHT!!! My big girl!
