Sorry about the previous post.  Life’s not all that bad.  There’s always something to make us smile in this house!

And here’s the video of Miss Gracie’s attempt at a toe touch.  Thanks, Ma, for the uniform! Now she’s a real Bethany Bronchos cheerleader!

It can’t all be good, all the time.  It just can’t.  That’s life.  But I am really struggling with the feelings that things will never work out money-wise.  How are we supposed to make ends meet?  Ugh!  I can’t wait till Chris gets his “real” paycheck from Dell.  We still have another 2 weeks.  In all our struggling I know God is still faithful and He will provide.  It’s just hard for me to see a need somewhere and know that at AOL we were able to just meet it.  Last Sunday at church, Tony gave a message on money, tithes, etc.  And how it is more blessed to give than receive–he is so right.  It is because when you give, you not only are meeting someone else’s needs but you have all your needs met too.  I cried all the way through that sermon.  How badly I want to have money again so that if there’s a need we can meet it! Money doesn’t buy happiness but it sure makes things a lot easier. And for me, when all our bills are paid, it’s so easy to be generous.  I can’t be generous when it’s either feeding my family or giving to a charity.  That’s not fun.  Of course the tithe comes out first but then we still can’t meet our own needs with what’s left.  It’s frustrating but hopefully it’s temporary.

The other night I worked in the church nursery.  On the way out, I let Trinity and Gracie walk ahead while I lag behind with all their stuff and turn out the lights in the room, etc.  So I get out to the hall and say to my friend “why does it smell like puke out here?”  No sooner had those words come out of my mouth, I see Trinity slip and fall on the tile.  Then I realized why it smelled like puke out there.  Trinity was wallowing in it.  She fell and hit her head, so then she tried to get back up and then fell again.  She touched her hair.  She freaked out.  I was gagging. Some youth kid just hurled all over the tile and then left without telling anyone.  Somehow we managed to get her out of the puke clothes and into the bathroom sink.  I’m not sure but she may be the first baby to ever bathe in the bathroom sink at Northview.  So congrats to Trinity, for having the worst experience of her life so far.

Okay, that’s it.  I’ve been signed up for the Komen Race for the cure, so we will be out there.  And I heard back from the editor of the BIG magazine that our article should be coming out in a couple weeks. So soon I will be able to tell you which mag it is and you can go buy it!  LOL

This picture pretty much sums up our lives today.  We’re all exhausted.
