A couple things. First, thanks for your prayers, meals, calls, emails, etc this weekend. I’m feeling great today. No energy but that’s totally tolerable compared to puking or hurting so…yay me!
Here’s something strange: I apparently have developed an aversion to Mac and Cheese. Weird, huh? Chemo…*shakes head* Sheesh.
In learning about our family’s history, my mother has discovered that my Grandmother’s mother’s middle name was also Maye. So Trinity’s named after her great Grandmother, Vera Maye and her great-great grandmother, Viola Maye. Huh. Who knew? Kinda cool…

Many people have told me I’m strong, or that I’m brave for going through cancer and fighting to live. Well, I’m not, it’s all just been through the grace of God. My advice to anyone facing cancer or any kind of adversity, find your reason and fight–whatever your reason may be. If it’s worth fighting for you’ll give it your all. They’re my reason.
The new Toby Mac CD is awesome…shake it, don’t break it, took your momma 9 months to make it. Haha.
So soon we’ll be heading into radiation. I’ll keep you posted!
