March 30, 2007

It’s a contest for a fabulolus DYSON vacuum.  If you’ve been under a rock and have no clue what a Dyson is…go here:

http://www.dyson.com/

I soooo want one of those…sigh.  Perhaps it would keep Trinity from eating things off the floor.  Hmmm. Go to this link and sign up.  You have just as good of a chance as anyone!

And on to other things…

My LAST Neulasta shot was today.  I was so glad to go in and just get it over with!  The nurses all hugged me and said, “you did it!” and I pranced out of that chemo room, singing “I win! I win!” LOL  Never again!  No more chemo.  I won!  My mom cried.

Its been raining non-stop.  I surprised Gracie this afternoon after school with this cute set:

And this first outfit came in the mail today (from my current favorite kids boutique, Naartjie!)  I’m loving the revolving clothing fund.  I made $75 off my auctions on ebay and got to get the girls some neat things! Among them:

Um, excuse me, Gracie…who told you that you could grow up?  Where did my chunky baby Gracie go??

Okay, well, that’s all for now.  I’ll have Trinity pics soon but she’s not as eager to get in front of the camera like her sister. She’s got a snotty nose and teeth trying to pop through, so…sorry.  Hopefully I’ll get some good pics of her this weekend.

Pray for me this weekend, ya’ll, my throat’s starting to tighten and I’m feeling the Neulasta shot taking over my body.  I feel it coming on…Yuck.

Bye!

Wow–look at Gracie!  BIG GIRL! (they *do* grow up so quickly!)

And I’m so glad that you are now at the very end of all of this.  You are my hero.

What cute clothes! We just got a dyson a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I got a “factory reconditioned” one from Amazon so it was a lot cheaper. Our other vacuums just wouldn’t hold up, so I figured I’d spend a little extra and get a good one.

Congratulations on winning! I knew you would! You’re obviously a fighter!!!

OMG I love her outfits!!! SOOO CUTE!!

And WOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO about the last chemo shot! *high fives*

The three ingredients are washing soda [[yellow box/NOT baking soda]], borax, and fels naptha [[a bar soap]].
They’ll say you can use any bar soap, do not do this! Oh, and to make sure none of your clothes yellow from the switch of store bought to homemade detergent … send them through a cycle of JUST washing soda and water first. :)

1 cup [1 bar] Fels Naptha soap, grated
    1/2 cup borax
    1/2 washing soda

Use 1 tablespoon per wash — 2 if you think it needs it! :) This only ends up costing a few cents per load.

They’re so sweet!! and I cracked up at the “eating off the floor” bit…my 4yo boy is known to be found chewing when we’re out in public. He picks up random gum. *faint*
