Sigh. Baby Gracie…
Wednesday I took cupcakes to the school and they sang Happy Birthday to her. Last night was our “family party”–grandparents and aunts/uncles only–at Chuck E Cheese. Chuck even came out to give her a big hug! Her BIG birthday party will be on Monday and all her little friends are so excited. So there will be more pictures then. We wrote on the friends invites “no gifts” because the family always does so much. She got sooo many neat things and is playing with them all this morning. We got her a new leotard for gymnastics (the pink princess one that she refused to take off before going to CEC–so she’s in her gym clothes still LOL) Barbie as Genevive from the 12 Dancing Princesses, the 12 Dancing Princesses DVD, and a fairytopia Barbie. (Can you tell what she’s into now? Haha! It’s all ballet and Barbie around here)
I can’t believe she’s four years old! And what a great kid! I’m so proud of her and I’m so happy that she’s mine.

Oh my gosh… My baby is growing up! I can’t believe it. It’s really weird… You know how people say “It’s like you were born just yesterday” and you think “That’s dumb, no they weren’t”, but actually, I feel that way! I remember the day she was born, how excited I was. I remember the first time I saw her and got to hold her when she was only 3 days old. I have so many sweet memories with my precious Gracie girl. I can only pray that God continues to bless me with her (and the rest of your family, of course!) for many years to come. Happy Birthday, Princess!
P.S. Thanks for the glasses comment! LOL. And you are not a crappy friend, I promise! I just want you to work on getting well and then the PARTY STARTS! Whooohooo!! Love you!
