Last night was Gracie’s open house at preschool. I have never been so proud of her, she is such a smart little girl! I am so glad that we made the decision (read: financial sacrifice) to send her to preschool last year. It’s really brought out her love for learning. Plus, it’s been a godsend socially–and you all know how important that social aspect is for us Moroz girls!
Today was the field trip to the Omniplex. I was planning on going, but with Trinity still snotty, I felt like it would be wise to stay home with her. Gracie had a blast–she told me about the planetarium and the play area, but she told me she was ”too exhausted” to talk about anything else! She’s resting on the sofa, which means she’s probably asleep. I don’t hear her…
Oh! Here’s her Strawberry Shortcake outfit for her birthday. I had to try it on her to make sure it fit, but she wouldn’t take it off. Look at that baby showing off! Little Diva!
Trinity threw up again last night, but I can tell her wheezing and congestion is finally breaking up. Hopefully we’re past the worst part. I’m sick of laundering puked-on crib sheets and rubbing boogies off a very red crusty nose. And she’s sick of trying to figure out how to escape me every time I come at her with a tissue. Poor baby!
It was suggested to me that we need to make the “Kari Moroz Cancer Fund” information available on every post. So I made a banner at the top. By the way, THANKS to all who are helping us. Perfect strangers have given, family friends have given, friends of friends of friends have given…it’s been overwhelming how much people have pulled together to keep me alive. Thank you. I don’t think those words can convey it, but thank you from every bit of my heart and soul. And on behalf of our precious baby girls who will have both Daddy and Mommy around to help them through their childhood into their teen years and beyond…thank you!
